John Leininger – President
Third Generation woodworker with more than 50 years of experience in custom architectural woodworking and casework. BA in Political Science/Economics University of Kentucky in 1977. University of Kentucky Fellow. Studied design and woodworking for 2 years in a group apprenticeship with Master Woodworker Ian J. Kirby.
Duties include: long term planning, technical consulting, financial oversight, marketing, and customer relations. Currently, works extensively with the Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI) as a member of the National Board of Directors and also serves as national chairman of the Education Committee. Gold member of the AWI Speakers bureau and teaches public speaking to woodworkers. Taught Advanced Estimating nationally for 8 years. Is a member of a AWI Best Practices Group since 2003. Lifetime Honorary Member of AWI.
Nancy Lacy – General Manager
35 years with Leininger Cabinet. Duties include: general manager of operations, financial officer, production scheduling, estimating, job costing, and purchasing. Attended AWI Seminars for Estimating, Project Management and Financial Management. She is our INNERGY champion. She has attended many AWI seminars on Estimating, Project Management, and Financial Management. She is a member of the 1st all women’s AWI Best Practices group. Married to Dan for 30+ years.
Dan Lacy – Estimator
Joined Leininger Team in 1988. He is responsible for project estimating, price submittals, and project coordination. Before he transferred to the office he worked in the shop in all aspects of production and installation. Dan has a BA Business Degree from the University of Kentucky. Attended multiple AWI Estimating and Advanced Estimating Seminars. Married to Nancy for more than 30 years.
Andrew Siewert – Shop Foreman/Engineer
Rejoined the Leininger Team in 2004. His duties include engineering, operations, and facilities/equipment maintenance. He built a 3-D printer and programs for machine parts and various prototypes. He has an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He volunteers at Bryan Station Baptist Church with Vacation Bible School and Sunday School. Dan is an SSI Advanced Open Water Scuba Instructor and is certified in First Aid/Bloodborne Pathogens/CPR and Rescue Diving.
Nate Bartley – Senior Project Manager
Joined Leininger Cabinet Team in 2001. He transferred into our office as a Project Manager after spending years as our Production Supervisor. Responsible for project layout/coordination. Other duties include field verification, quality control, and technical support. Nate is a devoted husband and father of two.
Stephanie Kerr – Administrative Assistant
Rejoined Leininger Team in 2014. Her Duties include answering the phones, data entry for accounts payable, job costing, inventory, scheduling delivery trucks, and organization of all current and archived filing. She is an active ongoing volunteer at a non-profit radio station.
Mathew Lowry – Lead Engineer
Joined the Leininger Team in 2014 with 10 years of experience in the Granite Top industry. His duties include overseeing all engineering operations; preparing shop drawings, updating revisions and field dimensions, preparing layout packets for shop fabrication to both custom & production work stations that include all cut optimizations and CNC/machining information, purchasing of laminated panels, and drawer boxes. He is our INNERGY Co-Champion.
David Hildreth – Project Manager
Joined the Leininger Team in 2021 for project layout/coordination. Other duties include field verification, quality control, and technical support. With over 35 years of industry experience in design, fabrication, and project management, David is the newest member of our project management team. David grew up in the cabinet and millwork business in western New York and went on to work on everything from large commercial and government projects to highly specialized custom builds for a long list of corporate clients including the X Games and Nintendo.
